Our team has experience in the traditional building gathered over the last thirty years, and in Steel-Frame building for over five years. We are convinced that a combination of our experience, with LGS technology, will enable us to Reframe The Construction Industry.
Stage 1 and Stage 5 are optionally handled with the help of one of our partners.
1: Initial Planning
Each project is different, hence we analyze the projects
case-by-case in order to provide the best service for each of our clients. We analyze the required technical specifications of the possible timeline. We can connect our clients with architectural companies, should they require their help.
2: Engineering Design
We transform the architectural project of the building into our structural LGS design. We prepare the final project based on Eurocodes and run all the rigidity simulations. Additionally, we prepare cost estimation, and project timeline.
This step takes two to four weeks.
3: Frame Manufacturing
We either assemble the frame with the help of our contractors or offer a possibility of assembly by the company of our client, provided that our RevoFRAME Technician will guide and check the construction process on-site.
Once the project of the construction is approved this takes up to two weeks.
4: On-Site Assembly
We transform the architectural project of the building into our structural LGS design. We prepare the final project based on Eurocodes and run all the rigidity simulations. Additionally, we prepare cost estimation, and project timeline.
This process can take between one and two weeks.
5: Finishing Construction
Our clients are free to finish each project with RevoFRAME partners. Our contractors can be your construction partner until the construction is fully finished. We recommend using our contractors, as they can be a part of initial planning, and speed up the ultimate time it takes for the entire project.
